the first trip to the park

On a sunny day after isaac had gotten out of school some of the neighbor kids wanted to go to the park and play so some of the moms took there kids to the park my kids had so much fun. they ran down the strip of grass by the library more than they played at the park . brooklynn was stuck on the park side of the fence so she watched isaac wishing she could get over to him to run and play. she then decided to just play and have fun. what a fun summer this should be

my little helper

so i was mowing the lawn one day when layton was over at nana's house and he decided he wanted to help. he wanted to be the driver and not just sit on it so while the lawn was not being mowed i let him drive ... with me on it to. He did not want to get off it so i took his picture. what a cute kid he is.

Austins fieldtrip

I went on austins feildtrip with him up kanosh canyon to adailade campground. There was hdiffrent stations they had to go to. One was wild wild west they learned gun saftey and got to shot guns. Austin opted not to shot the gun. He said it looked just like his so he did not need to shot it. then there was one that was on erosion. he seemed to like the demostration they had on how things erode. they had one on archaeologist. they got to make there own animal artifact they had alot of fun. then they had one on life saving skills they learned to make a rope out of yuka plant. That was austins favorite station. he wants to go find some yuka plants and make tons of rope that he can make into necklaces like the one he is wearing in the picture above

Water Baby

Here is my little water bug. she is either in the water or the sand box all day long. I am thinking she is really going to love lakepowell. She will get to be outside in the water or the sand all day long. It will be a dream come true for her.

Back on the trampoline for the summer

so here are the crazy children that love that love to jump on the trampoline. we have one of brooklynn to but could only do 5 pictures at a time. I also tried to turn the pictures the right way but they seem to want to be the wrong way. So anyway here is the first day back on the trampoline.

Here are some newer family pictures that we had taken by Wayne Terry up Meadow Canyon. It was about 28 degrees at the time and all the kids were very good for these. Even little Brooklynn was great for these sub zero photographs.
